Linebreaker-class Battleship: Overview and Specifications

Where many TMF vessels are built around specialized roles, the Linebreaker stands out with a brutally straightforward purpose: to engage hostile capital ships, penetrate defended formations, and survive long enough to dismantle them. This vessel embodies a practical capital ship design, focusing on sheer strength and resilience. 

Its immense hull is constructed around heavily protected engineering spaces, redundant combat systems, and extensive armor intended to endure sustained weapons fire. Powerful primary batteries equip the class with its principal offensive capability, supported by secondary weapons, missile systems, and layered point defense that can confront threats ranging from capital ships to incoming strike craft and munitions. 

Typically, Linebreakers operate as part of a larger battlegroup within the Terran Military Fleet. Adama-class Fleet Defence Carriers provide aerospace protection, Caspian-class frigates challenge the electronic battlespace, while destroyers and cruisers screen the formation.
